The One Page Business Plan® methodology is designed to quickly extract your best thinking and put it on a single page.

This is a highly intensive teleconference with a Maria Marsala, a certified senior instructor, with three 90 minutes sessions over two weeks. Assignments before and between sessions along with private email feedback will help you create a results-oriented blueprint for field leadership and sales success.

Before the first session: You'll invest about 90-minutes to create a first draft (rough) of your plan using Point, Click, Plan! software and a book. (Point, Click, Plan! is the fastest, easiest way to write a plan.) Then, you'll submit your first draft to me for review and some private email feedback.

Attend the three sessions:

1. This session starts with a short overview, then moves into fine tuning a powerful Vision Statement that will clearly define your business. Then you'll craft a Mission Statement that will focus and energize everyone on your team!

2. You will learn the secret of how linking Objectives and Strategies will help insure both short and long term success. You will develop crystal clear Strategies that define how your business will be built and write precise Objectives that define how you measure success.

3. You'll learn how to guarantee you and your people are working on the right things. Emphasis will be placed on the clear definition of projects and programs that will insure Strategies are implemented and Objectives are achieved.

During sessions, you will be giving and receiving feedback from your professional peers.


Registration Information:
Investment is $897. and includes 30-minute pre-talk about your business, our Business Checkup (assessment), Point, Click, Plan (software), Book with CD, three 90-minute telesessions, and email coaching between sessions for the duration of the program (2 weeks).
